I was wondering if you came across the name James Warriner in your research. According to the 1880 census, Mary E Warriner was the head of household, one of her sons, george Warriner is a ancestor of mine. However I am not sure James Warriner is the correct name of George’s father, because I can’t find him anywhere other than that site. If you have any helpful information, please email me, thank you.

Hi Sara. I don’t have that name in my database, but I did find the family in the 1870 census. I’ll assume you have that already, but if not, please let me know and I’ll be happy to send you the link! Looking at a couple of other trees on Ancestry, could your Mary be Mary Lawless?

On http://files.usgwarchives.net/ky/russell/marriages/1826-65w.txt I see the following listings for Warriner (including James and Mary Lawless). Don’t know if any of that helps you at all, but I hope it does!

      Good luck!

Oh, I had to send you another piece of info. I looked for Augustine Lawless in 1860 and they live next door to James T Warriner who has a 17 year old son named James L. Let me know if you need a link.

      I hope that’s who you’re looking for!

This is exactly who I am looking for! Since I only found the name James Warriner on one site, I wanted to double check the accuracy before adding him. This helps, a bunch, and if you can give me the link that would save me a little digging. thanks again
